Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hospital premises for safety

• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed

• Implement de-escalation techniques during conflicts

• Maintain accurate documentation and access control

• Offer support services, such as directions and locksmith assistance

Requirements:

• 2 years of security or law enforcement experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Complete required training within 180 days of hire

• Valid Driver's License and Basic Life Support certification

• Excellent communication and physical fitness required
