Responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, managing access control, and responding to emergencies at locations such as universities, hospitals, and shopping centers. Strong customer service abilities and clear communication skills are vital for writing incident reports and interacting with clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor property and secure premises by conducting patrols

• Respond to emergencies and alarms, providing first aid

• Interact positively with clients and community members

• Document incidents and report security breaches effectively

• Maintain safety protocols in various environments

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Physical fitness for 8-hour shifts, indoors and outdoors

• Prior security or customer service experience preferred

• Confidence in managing difficult situations

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
