In this role, you ll have the opportunity to work in different settings, take on diverse assignments, and apply your security expertise wherever it s needed most. Whether conducting patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, or providing excellent customer service, you ll play an important role in maintaining safe and secure environments.

• Hourly wage of $21 - $25
• We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through Garda World Academy

This is a casual, on-call position that offers flexible work opportunities based on operational requirements.

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Address incidents or potential threats quickly
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Control access points and check identification
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Partner with authorities during serious situations

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC Security License
• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract - an asset
• First Aid Certification - an asset
• Ability to work/pick up minimum 3 shifts per month
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness
