Become a vital part of Vancouver Talmud Torah's community as a Security Officer. In this full-time role, you will protect individuals and property through vigilant patrolling.

VTT is hiring a Campus Security Officer to oversee safety and security during critical times on campus. This position not only involves general patrols but also responding to alarms, conducting investigations, and preparing reports. Collaborating within the Security Department, effective communication and monitoring skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol campus areas to enhance safety for all

• Respond to alarms and assist with emergency calls

• Investigate incidents and document findings

• Control access points across campus facilities

• Provide first aid assistance when necessary

Requirements:

• Basic Security Training (BST) Level 1 required

• Familiarity with surveillance and access control systems

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Successful background check is mandatory

• Preferred:
Advanced Security Training (AST)
