Security Concierge Night Shift

Position: Security Concierge with Night Shift
Become a vital part of our team as a Security Concierge, ensuring safety and exceptional service during night shifts. Positions require evening availability from 11:00PM to 8:00AM.

We are looking for dedicated Security Concierges to maintain a secure environment in our buildings while providing exemplary customer service to residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting hourly patrols, monitoring CCTV, and responding to security and facility emergencies. Candidates must hold a valid British Columbia Security License and have prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security through regular patrols of all areas

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents

• Actively monitor surveillance cameras throughout the shift

• Respond effectively to emergency situations as they arise

• Create detailed incident reports and daily documentation

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Security License required

• At least one year of security industry experience

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Must be available for night shifts including weekends

• Proven ability to diffuse and resolve conflicts
