In this active role, you'll investigate suspicious activities, conduct surveillance, and make lawful apprehensions to protect retail assets. Collaborate with store teams to create comprehensive shrink reduction strategies while being adaptable to travel across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively observe and identify potential theft behaviors

• Write accurate incident reports and case documentation

• Collaborate with store management on security strategies

• Conduct undercover surveillance and theft investigations

• Respond to incidents with professionalism and sound judgment

Requirements:

• BC Security Worker License and Advanced Security Training required

• At least 2 years of security experience in retail settings

• 1 year of undercover loss prevention experience a plus

• Strong report-writing and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
