Position: Toronto Security Analyst for Rogers

As a Security Analyst, you will undertake significant responsibilities, addressing law enforcement inquiries in both English and French. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live answer incoming inquiries from law enforcement agencies

• Support Public Safety Answering Points across Canada

• Analyze and report on records per departmental procedures

• Manage assigned special projects effectively

• Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights

• Background in telecommunications or legal fields preferred

• Must be able to secure a federal security clearance

• Prior customer service experience is beneficial
