Position: Holt Renfrew Loss Prevention Team Leader
Lead strategies in Loss Prevention at Holt Renfrew as a Supervisor. Ensure compliance, analyze risks, and develop your team in a fast-paced retail context.

In this critical role, you will guide your team of Loss Prevention Investigators while collaborating with store management and other departments. Your leadership will play a significant role in mitigating losses through proactive measures and investigations. Engage in effective communication and support the store’s adherence to health and safety guidelines while fostering a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team scheduling and daily Loss Prevention activities

• Conduct investigations and communicate findings to management

• Train staff on Loss Prevention policies and procedures

• Review and analyze exception-based reports for compliance

• Maintain cooperative relationships with store teams

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in Loss Prevention within retail

• Degree or diploma in Law Enforcement or related field

• Proven leadership and negotiation skills

• Formal training in interview techniques

• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
