Join YVR as a full-time Program Coordinator for Risk and Resilience, focused on operational readiness and risk management. Drive continuous improvement while assuring a safe, efficient airport experience.
This role involves collaborating within the airport community to enhance operational and business continuity plans. You will assess risks, train the airside team, and support critical airport operations, including winter response. Your critical thinking skills and passion for improvement will be vital in this dynamic environment as you work with stakeholders on compliance and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance operational and recovery plans
• Manage the FOD Management and Aircraft Recovery Plans
• Conduct tabletop exercises for operational readiness
• Identify and mitigate airside operational risks
• Represent the team in emergency preparedness initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of operational experience
• Knowledge of aviation operations and Canadian regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
