Position: Hotel Health & Safety Leadership Role
Spearhead health and safety initiatives in a busy hotel environment. Ensure the utmost safety for guests and team members through effective training and emergency protocols.

As the Health and Safety Manager, you will report directly to the Hotel Manager while leading the hotel's safety culture.

Your role will include developing safety frameworks, coordinating emergency responses, and managing security systems. Promote a proactive approach to workplace safety and incident prevention across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety practices and training for employees

• Oversee hotel emergency and security systems

• Conduct audits and recommend safety improvements

• Liaise with external security agencies

• Facilitate safety compliance with local laws

Requirements:

• 2+ years in health and safety leadership

• Basic Security Training and First Aid certification mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems

• Adaptable with variable work shifts
