Securitas Security Guard Role

Ensure client safety as a Security Guard with Securitas in Western Canada. This role involves monitoring, patrolling, and responding to incidents while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Securitas is seeking dedicated Security Guards to oversee client properties. As part of your responsibilities, you will patrol sites, use alarm systems, and maintain logs.

Your role is vital for enforcing regulations and providing excellent customer service while minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents

• Patrol assigned site for safety hazards

• Control access and manage security processes

• Apply de-escalation techniques in tense situations

• Prepare logs and incident reports as required

Requirements:

• Valid Security License and OFA 1/Basic First Aid

• Strong technological and communication skills

• Observant and vigilant with security knowledge

• Ability to patrol for extended periods

• Experience in conflict resolution techniques
