Prevent shoplifter theft by establishing a strong security presence

Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons

Arrest and/ or detain shoplifters as required

Escort trespassers away from client premises

Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Complete incident reports for security purposes

Respond to emergencies and mandatory to law enforcement agencies as required

Quickly respond to security and safety violations, property damage and alarms

A Valid Security License

A Valid Advanced Security Training Certificate (Asset)

Experience with arrests and detainments (Asset)

Retail security experience is highly preferred

Customer service experience is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have your own black suit and tie

Willingness to attend meetings and additional training to improve existing skills

Ability to work without close supervision

Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift
