Working undercover, you'll experience a variety of retail environments while honing your investigation and surveillance techniques. Collaborate closely with management and fellow officers to ensure the effectiveness of loss prevention strategies while handling incidents with adept judgment and professionalism. Each shift presents fresh challenges, requiring composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform undercover investigations focusing on theft and suspicious activities

• Document incidents and maintain detailed case files accurately

• Collaborate with management to develop loss prevention techniques

• Execute lawful apprehensions in accordance with legal standards

• Observe and report on behaviors indicating potential theft

Requirements:

• Must have BC Security Worker License and Advanced Security Training

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in retail

• Prior experience in undercover loss prevention beneficial

• Strong skills in observation and communication

• Flexible with work hours and willing to travel as needed
