Position: High Profile Security Guards - Retail Security
Securiguard is hiring professional Suited Retail Security Officers to provide a strong customer service-focused security presence in a luxury retail environment. This role emphasizes visibility, professionalism, and proactive reporting to help create a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrent

Maintain a professional presence at store entrances/exits or high-loss areas

Identify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty Patrol designated areas as required

Document incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using Track Tik Support  store management and liaise with police when required

Protect persons and property through observation and reporting

Important Details Standing Position:
This is a fully standing position. Officers are expected to remain on their feet and attentive throughout the shift.

Downtown Vancouver

Location:

The position is based at a high-end luxury retail store in Downtown Vancouver. There is no onsite parking available; the location is fully accessible by public transit.

Personal Devices:
Personal mobile phones and other personal electronic devices cannot be used while on the retail floor during the shift.

Requirements Valid BC Security Worker License Basic Security Training (BST) completed

Ability to stand for extended periods

Strong customer service and report-writing skills
