This role is crucial in safeguarding Walmart's assets while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will patrol the premises, engage in investigations of shrink incidents, and maintain emergency preparedness. Your vigilance and communication skills will be key in reducing loss and enhancing store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily security patrols of the store

• Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents

• Participate in emergency response activities

• Conduct apprehensions in accordance with policy

• Communicate issues and findings to management

Requirements:

• Minimum age required: 16 years

• Security Guard License is mandatory

• Open to various working hours and shifts

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills

• Physically able to lift and stock inventory
