Join Guardteck as a full-time Security Guard, protecting a luxury shopping environment. This role is centered on security patrols, customer interaction, and efficient emergency response.

As part of Guardteck Security, under Kandor Management Corp., you will ensure a welcoming and safe environment within a busy commercial tower. This position requires not only security experience but also a commitment to providing excellent customer service and handling challenging situations gracefully. Your actions will directly contribute to community safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive foot patrols of the area

• Control access and monitor security technology

• Address security incidents and alarms quickly

• Provide First Aid support at emergencies

• Keep accurate documentation of activities

Requirements:

• Valid Security Licence for British Columbia

• Minimum one year in a security role

• Strong skills in customer interaction and conflict resolution

• Ability to make quick decisions in emergencies

• Comfort with extended standing and walking
