As a Security Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the District Manager in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on ensuring site staff are trained, compliant with policies, and effectively manage daily operations. Your leadership will promote a professional environment and foster commitment to community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist District Manager in overseeing site operations
• Facilitate training and mentorship for security personnel
• Ensure adherence to company policies during operations
• Conduct site patrols and manage daily reports
• Address security challenges and emergencies with poise
Requirements:
• Valid Security License required for this position
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in campus and warehouse security is beneficial
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
