This role, under the guidance of the CCTV Operations Manager, involves operating the monitoring station during overnight shifts. Duties include conducting surveillance patrols using CCTV systems and promptly addressing alarm triggers. Preparing detailed incident reports and coordinating with emergency services are also critical aspects of this job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual patrols and security checks using CCTV

• Address alarm conditions flagged by security programs

• Generate incident reports for senior staff

• Maintain communications with local authorities when necessary

• Ensure emergency services are appropriately directed

Requirements:

• Must prioritize attention to detail and problem resolution

• Valid BC Security Worker’s Licence essential

• Familiarity with CCTV and emergency security processes

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
