As part of the operations team, you will work directly under the CCTV Operations Manager. Your main duties are to verify properties via CCTV, address alarm situations, and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Effective communication with local agencies during emergencies will be key to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual patrols using CCTV software

• Investigate alarm situations and verify security conditions

• Activate devices as per organizational protocols

• Compile comprehensive Incident Reports for management

• Direct communications with emergency responders as needed

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid BC Security Worker’s Licence

• Understanding of CCTV technology and operations
