In this part-time role, you'll work from Monday to Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, becoming a key contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. Your tasks include access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response, all while providing outstanding customer service and creating a secure environment. If you're vigilant and approachable, this job is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check identification for all visitors
• Manage access control and conduct regular patrols
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Write incident reports and communicate security issues
• Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency services
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security License required
• Minimum 6 months security guard experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong report writing abilities
• Alertness and strong situational awareness
