Head of Stadium Security & Guest Experience
BC Place Stadium, operated by Pav Co, seeks a Director of Security & Guest Experience to unify Event Security, Venue Security, and Guest Services across major events. You will lead safety programs, security technology use, and emergency response planning at BC Place, ensuring premier guest experiences.
Reporting to the GM, you will shape standards, coordinate with police and services, and drive continuous improvements in operations, accessibility, and service excellence for guests and staff alike.
