In this senior leadership role, you will oversee event security and guest experience for BC Place Stadium. Your focus will be on strategic planning, safety protocols, and operational effectiveness within a dynamic operational environment. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance guest services and ensure that every event is secure and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated strategies for security and guest experience

• Oversee event risk assessments and emergency response

• Lead staffing, technology, and procedures alignment

• Manage venue protection frameworks and security operations

• Build partnerships with emergency services and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred

• 10+ years in security or guest experience roles

• 5+ years in senior leadership

• Training in Incident Command or Emergency Management

• Valid Security Worker License or ability to obtain
