• Conduct initial and annual interviews for dietary needs

• Properly document all dietary assessments in charts

• Attend and prepare for interdisciplinary care planning meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution

• Currently registered with the CHCPBC

• At least one year in food service and six months in long-term care

• Excellent communication skills with healthcare teams

• Strong knowledge in nutrition support and dysphagia care
