Quench bottle‑free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers purify the existing water supply, providing an endless supply of clean water and water‑based beverages for a fixed monthly fee, typically under a long‑term bundled service and rental subscription agreement.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for performing all service work on our filtered water systems, including bottle‑less water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This includes installations, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance. The Technician also acts as the face of Quench, providing a positive customer service experience during site visits. Candidates must live in the lower mainland of BC (i.e., within the Vancouver to Surrey area) or be willing to relocate.

• Routinely change water filters, clean and sanitize water tanks, replace UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Visually inspect for leaks and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot product for required repairs.
• Professionally greet and interact with customers, explain what you are doing, the functionality of the coolers, and answer any customer questions.
• Complete assigned installation and service routes efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisor, customer service, dispatch, and other team members.
• Follow company inventory and tracking procedures.
• Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools.
• Follow company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures.

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience working as a field technician considered an asset.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in Canada.
• Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check.
