The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to manage on-site restoration projects. You’ll lead a team, assess water damage, operate drying equipment, and ensure jobs follow IICRC standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, leadership skills, and excellent customer communication.

What You’ll Do

Lead water damage restoration crews

Perform structural drying assessments (IICRC standards)

Operate and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)

Demolish wet matierials (drywall, flooring, cabinet, etc)

Communicate with property owners and insurance reps

Participate in 24/7 rotating on-call schedule

What You Bring

2+ years in a lead water damage role

IICRC certification (preferred)

Valid Canadian driver’s license & clean record

Physically fit (lifting, bending, kneeling required)

Organized, dependable, strong communicator
