$23 - $40 hourly

What You'll Do:

• Install cabinets and millwork with precision and expertise.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Confidently use hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of millwork installation practices, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiently read and interpret drawings.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in cabinet/millwork installation, joinery, finish carpentry, or related trade.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and high commitment levels.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality.
• Proactive communication style and ability to effectively collaborate with the team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality finished products.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.
