Job details- Salary 17.85 to 28.60 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Work with minimal supervision
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Cleaning
- Carpet cleaning machine
- Waxing machine
- Power tools
- Snowblower
- Work under pressure
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
