ACCESS seeks a dedicated individual for a 3-month term to manage daily operations of 38 housing units in Vancouver. As a support worker, your mission will involve providing trauma-informed services while promoting tenants' life skills and accountability. You will play a significant part in connecting residents to various resources and ensuring housing stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate tenancy processes and ensure compliance

• Provide one-on-one support and address tenant needs

• Organize monthly Resident Meetings and community events

• Conduct regular inspections and manage maintenance

• Collaborate with agencies to provide necessary services

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in social services or related experience

• 2 years’ experience in supportive housing

• Familiarity with community resources in DTES

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Experience with conflict resolution and flexibility
