Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator
Location: Vancouver, BC
Environment: Hybrid – Currently 1 day/week in the office, soon to be 2 days/week, typically Mon & Tues. 2 day/week (Can go up to 3 times a week).
Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: Eastern Standard Time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm - 30-minute lunch
Salary: up to $58,000 + 5% Bonus
Type: Full time, Permanent

We’re looking for a Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator to join our Operations Team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Plans the Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator is responsible for the processing of requests for registered plan products within the IIROC and MFDA platforms.
Qualifications- 2+ years in an Operational role at a Financial Institution, ideally in Registered Plans
- Attention to detail – Strong focus and accurate processing
- Wager to learn – Wants to grow in the role and enjoys learning
- Customer focused – High standard of customer service – strong business acumen and communications
- Post‑secondary education
- Financial industry experience, preferably in Operations or Registered Plans
- Experience with Dataphile and/or Univeris is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and French are required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pro‑active problem‑solving abilities with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate with a focus on quality assurance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
