In this clinical lead role, you will mentor staff, ensuring adherence to the Adult Guardianship Act while providing comprehensive guidance on matters of abuse and neglect. Your responsibilities will include developing tools to improve decision-making and educating others regarding community resources available for vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor interdisciplinary staff on adult protection laws
• Lead consultations and education related to domestic violence
• Analyze national trends to guide practice enhancements
• Develop policies to support vulnerable adults
• Conduct complex psychosocial assessments
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• At least five years’ relevant experience in social work
• Registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
• Experience with incapability assessments
• Current BC Driver’s License for travel purposes
