This role demands leadership in supervising a dedicated team and coordinating responses for unhoused youth. Working full-time during late hours, you will manage scheduling, timecards, and ensure the delivery of services that focus on healthier living alternatives. The position aims to empower youth while promoting safety and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate After Hours program operations effectively
• Provide direct supervisory support to staff
• Assist youth in their transition from the street
• Manage team scheduling and time-management tasks
• Foster a nurturing environment for at-risk individuals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human/social services or related field
• Minimum of five years of youth support experience
• First Aid and crisis intervention training benefits
• Ability to handle conflict and maintain professional boundaries
• Driver’s license and successful criminal record check required
Use your expertise to lead youth services and create impactful change for vulnerable populations during late hours.
