Position: Manager, Housing & Aftercare (Permanent, Full-Time)

Are you a compassionate leader with a heart for empowering women in their journey of recovery and independence? We’re seeking a Manager, Housing & Aftercare to oversee UGM’s transitional housing and aftercare programs at the Women & Families Centre. In this vital role, you’ll lead a dedicated team in creating a safe, supportive community while fostering recovery and personal growth for tenants.

You’ll bring addiction and recovery expertise to ensure our programs are trauma‑informed and sensitive to Indigenous needs while reflecting the love of Christ. If you’re ready to model spiritual leadership, collaborate with service providers, and champion excellence in housing and aftercare, join us in making a lasting impact at UGM.

You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.

The starting range for this position is $79,443.00 to $86,814.00 per annum.

This is a permanent ,
full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
position .

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the housing and aftercare programs, ensuring safe and supportive environments for residents.

Oversee a dedicated team, mentor staff, and collaborate with service providers to support recovery.

Respond to crisis situations involving clients, coordinating with additional staff as needed.
