Join Connective as a Program Coordinator, managing socially impactful programs in a supportive environment. Focus on program development, community engagement, and facilitating effective services for vulnerable individuals.
In this role, you will work with the Program Manager to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Connective’s programs. Your engagement in policy formulation and program evaluations will directly influence service quality. You will ensure compliance with guidelines and support community-based initiatives for adults and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement community-focused programs
• Review client documentation for quality assurance
• Facilitate intakes and orientations for new clients
• Coordinate with external agencies for comprehensive service delivery
• Maintain financial records and monitor expenditures
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant behavioral sciences
• 2 years’ experience in support roles
• Familiarity with mental health and community services
• Personal transportation for client transport
• Security Clearance and Criminal Records Check
