This regular full-time position focuses on youth facing significant challenges, requiring a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences or human services. You will leverage your experience, supporting high-risk youth and their families through individual and community interventions while fostering positive relationships. The goal is to help youth attain their personal objectives and navigate their circumstances effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop supportive relationships to address youth needs
• Plan and implement safety-focused interventions
• Collaborate with families and informal support networks
• Facilitate access to community resources and specialized services
• Teach life skills for independent living
Requirements:
• Bachelor in social sciences or related field
• One year of experience with high-risk youth
• Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle access
• Basic First Aid certification required
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance
