S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is looking for two Family & Youth Counsellors for its Integrated Services for Newcomers. You will provide vital counselling services to families, enhance community integration and facilitate parenting education workshops. This role requires collaboration with local schools and agencies to offer well-rounded support for families facing various hardships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake for new clients seeking support

• Facilitate counselling sessions for individuals and families

• Assess and intervene on assigned family cases

• Connect with schools and other agencies for referrals

• Maintain and organize client records properly

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant field required

• Active Registered Clinical Counsellor membership

• At least three years of relevant counselling experience

• Skills in program planning and time management

• Proven ability to work well under pressure
