Position: Essential Community Connections Coordinator for Social Support Services

In this position, you will be at the forefront of community interactions and service provision. Your main role will be to connect with clients and ensure that they feel respected and supported while utilizing services. A key part of your responsibilities will be to maintain safety and security throughout the facility, working alongside volunteers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with emergency services during incidents

• Conduct rounds for safety checks and monitoring

• Facilitate visitors’ access to essential services

• Handle documentation and reporting of incidents

• Provide harm reduction supplies and essential items
Requirements:

• Minimum of three years in frontline social service roles

• Relevant education or experience equivalent

• First Aid, CPR, and naloxone training required

• Certification in de-escalation preferred

• Successful completion of a criminal record check
