You will engage with residents at Grace Mansion, delivering personalized support that fosters personal development and skill enhancement. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing personal growth plans, and coordinating with community services to ensure residents have necessary support. You'll participate in various activities that enrich the residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interactions of residents during shifts

• Conduct needs assessments and develop action plans

• Offer hands-on training for skillful living

• Facilitate connections to healthcare and legal services

• Keep detailed records of resident progress and activities

Requirements:

• Two-year formal post-secondary education completion

• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

• At least two years’ experience working with vulnerable populations

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Criminal Record Review Act clearance for vulnerable adult work
