In this essential position, the Regional Service Coordinator coordinates client referrals from MCFD while leading a team of Integration Support Workers. You will use your expertise in social work and your supervisory experience to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction. Your collaborative approach will help keep social workers informed and integrate various community service partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client referrals and intake assessments
• Provide daily support to Integration Support Workers
• Collaborate with service providers for client needs
• Inform social workers of service progress
• Contribute to the strategic program direction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with children and youth
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Experience in client assessment and case management
• Knowledge of community resources and child welfare laws
