Join Grace Mansion as a Caseworker, focusing on the personal growth and development of residents. Facilitate learning and life skills in a supportive residence setting.

In this role, you’ll guide residents in all aspects of personal and social development. Responsibilities include conducting orientations, assessing needs, and providing necessary referrals to medical services and training programs. Engage with residents through activities and offer consistent support to nurture their journey toward self-empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct orientations and explain clients’ rights and rules

• Assess residents' needs within 10 days of arrival

• Supervise residents and respond to inquiries

• Develop Personal Development Plans with residents

• Maintain contact with community agencies for resources

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential settings

• Completion of a related college program

• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Strong ability to manage confidential information
