Position: S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Family & Youth Counselling Role
Contribute to community well-being as a Family & Youth Counsellor at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. This part-time position is centered on offering counselling and conducting workshops for newcomers.

As a Family and Youth Counsellor, you will engage with individuals and families facing immigration and emotional challenges. You will assess cases, provide intervention, and lead parenting workshops. Collaborating with schools and community organizations will enhance the support provided to your clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake and initial assessments for new clients

• Provide professional counselling to individuals and families

• Deliver educational workshops on parenting and family life

• Maintain detailed client records and statistical data

• Attend team meetings and case conferences regularly

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Registered Clinical Counsellor status

• Minimum of three years of counselling experience

• Proven skills in case management

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
