Position: Service Coordinator with FSGV
FSGV seeks a dedicated Service Coordinator to manage client referrals and support Integration Support Workers in Vancouver, BC. This role requires strong assessment skills and a collaborative mindset.

This Regional Service Coordinator position is pivotal in directing client assessments and matching them with essential support services. Your understanding of different disabilities, collaborative communication skills, and supervisory experience will enhance the lives of children and youth with support needs. You will liaise with MCFD and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intake processes for client referrals

• Guide and mentor Integration Support Workers daily

• Collaborate with community providers on service delivery

• Update social workers on client progress

• Support the strategic development of service programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or similar discipline

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with children and youth

• Supervisor experience of at least 1 year

• Knowledge of case management and community collaboration

• Understanding of the Child Welfare Act and related laws
