Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client access to work experience opportunities

• Interview clients to assess job readiness and interests

• Deliver training on job search skills and interview techniques

• Network with local employers for job placement opportunities

• Keep informed about current vocational trends and resources

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or certification in social work or vocational rehabilitation

• At least two years' experience in a relevant role

• Strong communication and coaching abilities

• Knowledge of BC employment standards

• Standard criminal record check and valid driver’s license
