As a Program Manager, you will coordinate a multidisciplinary team to provide 27 units of temporary housing. Your leadership will help residents develop housing maintenance skills, navigate life support, and achieve permanent housing goals, utilizing best practices like harm reduction and motivational enhancement. Collaboration with community agencies and families is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in program delivery
• Develop care plans for each resident's transition
• Ensure property maintenance in partnership with Coast’s Properties
• Manage program budgets and risk factors
• Foster communication with internal and external partners
Requirements:
• 3+ years in mental health and housing programs
• Supervisory experience with unionized staff
• Degree in social services or social work
• First Aid/CPR and Crisis Management training
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
