Position: Vancouver Community Support Worker Role
Join DDA in Vancouver, BC as a Community Support Worker and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive through engaging support and community programs. This temporary role offers purpose and flexibility.

As a Community Support Worker, you will be essential in implementing inclusive programs that empower participants to reach their personal goals. Collaborate with team members to support activities of daily living, develop individualized goal plans, and lead dynamic, person-centered programs tailored to diverse abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a welcoming and engaging program atmosphere

• Support participants in daily living activities

• Participate in and monitor individualized goal implementations

• Facilitate programs tailored to various abilities

• Deliver services through outreach and community engagement

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Social or Human Services

• Experience working with developmental disabilities

• Proven skill in client-centered program facilitation

• Current First Aid/CPR and Class 5 Driver's License

• Criminal Record and Medical Clearances
