On Call CRF Support Worker Position

Your role includes ensuring safety and compliance with house rules to foster a secure environment.
As a CRF Support Worker, you will be responsible for enforcing house rules, assisting with client logistics, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. This position requires a compassionate approach to client interactions, while collaborating with Caseworkers and Parole Officers to support resident needs and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce house rules for all residents
• Conduct bed checks and security rounds daily
• Maintain confidential resident documentation securely
• Assist with intake and organize new client paperwork
• Distribute meal tickets and support logistical needs
Requirements:
• Enrollment in Criminology or related field preferred
• Effective communication skills essential
• Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to obtain
• Previous correctional or social service experience is an asset
• Successful background screening required
