Lead impactful youth initiatives as a Youth Program Coordinator at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Engage with immigrant youth through programs and outdoor adventures in a full-time role. Foster community and personal growth.
S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Coordinator to enhance its Integrated Services for Newcomers. This full-time role involves planning and executing workshops, mentorship, and recreational activities for youth aged 15-30. Your leadership will ensure a safe and enriching environment that encourages diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly workshops and recreational field trips

• Guide youth through outdoor and leadership activities

• Recruit participants and manage the registration process

• Maintain communication with youth, parents, and community partners

• Contribute to program evaluation and development efforts
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or similar field

• Two years’ experience working with vulnerable youth

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media

• Criminal Record Check and certification in First Aid/RCP required
