Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise resident activities during assigned shifts

• Respond to resident inquiries, ensuring policy compliance

• Support residents during emotional and health crises

• Conduct wellness and safety checks within the facility

• Facilitate connections to community resources and support

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, post-secondary is an asset

• At least 10 months’ experience in supportive housing

• First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training required

• Successful Criminal Record Check clearance
