Position: Full-Time Vocational Specialist
Elevate client rehabilitation as a Full-Time Vocational Specialist with Lifemark in Canada. Assess potential while providing crucial support and skills training throughout the transition to work.

This role requires at least two years of experience in vocational evaluation and rehabilitation. You'll conduct in-depth assessments, prepare rehabilitation reports, and match skills to labor market trends, ensuring clients receive tailored support. Effective communication and superior interpersonal skills are essential to accommodate diverse client needs and facilitate group preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' vocational potential via personal interviews

• Coordinate rehabilitation services with healthcare professionals

• Conduct labor market surveys and identify transferable skills

• Prepare detailed rehabilitation reports adhering to timelines

• Facilitate resume building and interview skills training

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of vocational evaluation experience

• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset

• Degree in social work or psychology preferred

• Certification as a vocational evaluator or similar

• Proficient in MS Office and virtual platforms
