Position: Temporary Full-Time Community Support Worker
Impact lives as a Community Support Worker with DDA in Vancouver, BC. This temporary full-time role invites you to provide engaging, personalized support to adults of all abilities and backgrounds.

In this role, you will contribute to the Developmental Disabilities Association by fostering a caring program environment. Support participants in achieving their social, emotional, and vocational goals while facilitating recreational and daily living activities through community-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an inclusive program environment for participants

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care

• Lead the implementation of individualized goal plans

• Organize engaging programs for diverse abilities

• Provide outreach services to enhance community support

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant social or educational fields

• 1-2 years experience in community services

• Experience in client-centered program development

• Valid Driver's License and First Aid/CPR certification

• Criminal Record Clearance and Medical Clearance
