Child-Focused Social Worker at BC Centre

This termed, part-time role (0.8 PTT) provides an opportunity for certified social workers with a Master’s degree and two years of experience to impact children's lives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while utilizing evidence-based practices to address social emotional needs. You'll offer personalized coaching and leverage community resources to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Evidence Based and Family Centered Practices

• Support clients with social emotional intervention plans

• Coordinate service planning and resource referrals

• Maintain comprehensive client records accurately

• Facilitate client and family meetings for progress reviews

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required

• Minimum 2 years experience with children with special needs

• BCCSW registration for practice

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong organizational and communication skills
